Shipping policy

SHIPPING: 

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend (after 5pm Friday) will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.

Shipping rates are based off of the weight of the order total. 

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before the item is shipped. Once in transit, this will be the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:

Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $285 or more before tax.

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order is placed, although we cannot accommodate cancellations, you may email us at sales@milamace.com and we will do our very best to assist you.

LOST PACKAGES:

Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing packages through the post office.
